The first strong man/woman workout of the year was a heavy carry session which everyone absolutely smashed. A special mention for Dawn who competed all 3 set’s of weight, finishing with a body weight farmers carry at 60kg.
We don’t do things because they are easy we do them because they are hard.

2022 was a great year of fitness training, I lifted heavier and rode further and more often and lost 3 stone. Not too bad for a 57 year old, you can make gains at any age and any experience level with the right type of training

Mondays aren’t just for chest
Great leg workout with Adam and Harry, both are showing serious gains in their strength and physique.
They did my favourite leg workout at the moment which is absolutely brutal. it starts with smashing the quads with leg extensions, then straight into leg press, followed by hack squats and finishing with leg curls and deadlift.
Harry won the mini hack squat challenge with 190kg hack squat.
