Serenity To You offers complementary therapy treatments at LA Fitness New Barnet and Health Matters Health Shop in High Barnet. Treatments include 15 minute chair massage to ease tense and aching shoulder, neck and back muscles - this treatment is performed using a fully supportive massage chair, you are fully clothed and we don’t have a need for oils. We also offer therapeutic massage, reflexology treatments, Lymphatic Drainage reflexology and Face the World Facials
