I visited my birthplace this week for the first time since a child. On the way came news of two new babies born to friends, a boy & a girl. Both babes and their mamas doing well, feeling great. This news created a buoyancy that only joy can bring.
Fast forward to home several days later. Still feeling soothed, calm and energised.
