A survivor! This budget Audio-Technica Europe Pro3a microphone was bought by myself in the mid 1990s and heavily used for vocals and instruments on stage for several years. It was discarded many moons ago, in preference for "industry standards" and now has a light covering of rust.
Whilst testing equipment tonight, I found it in the bottom of a case and wondered if it still worked.
It did!
