Eat Wise to Drop a Size

Just a reminder Eat wise to drop a size are starting a course on Wednesday 15th November in City Space from 12.30 -1.30 for 8 weeks. The course looks at nutrition and also links students to the gym offering further advise and support around exercise. If you are interested you can contact 0800 107 0741 in order to book a place.

Afternoon Tea Event.

The Clanny Ra's would like to invite everyone for an afternoon tea event today (Friday 20th October) at 1.30pm.
This event will be held at the Clanny house social space which is located next to the laundry at Block 11.
