This is a strong Full Moon for recognising your uniqueness and clearly seeing the direction YOUR heart wants to take you.

Aries can be fast and impulsive. We will practice a meditation to calm the nervous system and prevent unhelpful, knee-jerk reactions.

In these sessions we explore the energies surrounding the Full Moon and practice a meditation to accompany the times. If you have your astrological birth chart, bring it along (send us a message and we will get you one made) and find out what area of life the moon is shining light on for you.

We maximise our conscious expansion by working on our throat chakras, so expect some singing! You may be invited to make personal intentions and create affirmations, so bring your spellbook (Or just a pencil and paper).

The mantras, mudras and meditations come from kundalini yoga lineage. It is recommended to sit somewhere comfortably, preferably with a straight spine, and have enough space to fully stretch your arms out in case there are any fancy movements!

Join us for a purifying yoga set which builds strength in your body, aids digestion and makes the mind clear. The sequence of exercises are a meditation, which direct prana (life force) around your body, allowing for self-healing to occur.

This set will release, transform and distribute energy to balance your magnetic field. Doing this daily will give you the strength and ability to focus on many tasks.

Much of this yoga is practiced sitting cross legged. Energy moves up and down your spine, so we recommend you sit as straight as possible, with hips level, or above the knees. Sitting on a cushion helps to raise your hips. This will protect your lower back and allow energy to move freely.
