A group of 14 daring colleagues from Devon’s at-home care agency, Friends Helping at Home are gearing up to “jump from the heart” in an exhilarating skydive on 1 June to raise funds for Rowcroft. It’s a heartfelt tribute to their clients and loved ones who have received care from the hospice 🪂💜

“This cause is close to our hearts, having worked alongside Rowcroft for our at-home care clients,” says Emily Merry from Friends Helping at Home. “It's our way of showing appreciation for the incredible work Rowcroft do. So we’re getting ready for an unforgettable leap in the name of charity!”

We have all our usual free support services running this week. Join us for a drink & chat, if you're struggling with anxiety, feeling down or isolated come and talk to one of our team members one to one or join in with some chat around the table. Corns are areas of thickened skin which occur over areas of pressure, usually due to ill fitting shoes. They almost always occur on the toes or over the skin to the sole of the foot. They can be very painful if not treated correctly.

Our beach toy libraries are back out on the seafronts at Teignmouth and Dawlish Warren and we’re looking for any old or unwanted buckets, spades, balls, nets etc. to fill them.🪣

The toy libraries have previously proved very popular, and anyone visiting these resorts can borrow items to use whilst on the beach. 🏖️

We'd love to see the libraries brimming with toys, so if you have old or unused beach toys, please just place them in one of the chests.
