When starting a new project, it is important to make sure that preparation is key. Using my knowledge and expertise, as well as delivering skilled Public Health Scotland courses, I am looking to expand my mental health training business, delivering new mental health training. I have experience training football coaches, teams at all levels. Under 12s all the way to, Amateur Junior, Professional football clubs Dunfermline Athletic FC The Swifts FC This would not be exclusive to football, as the courses would be bespoken to other sporting clubs and workplaces.

Workshops that I would facilitate,

● Mental Health Awareness, understanding the difference between mental health, mental wellbeing, and mental health illness.
● Positive Team Building, Understanding the difference between constructive and destructive criticism, building resilience and confdence.
● Gambling Awareness, what is gambling? When does a habit turn to addiction? Signposting
● Alcohol and Drugs, Understand the negative impact of alcohol and drugs has on mental health.
