I've become monumentally rubbish at posting on here recently so here's a photo of yesterday's lunch! Kinda winged it a bit; leaves, salad, onion and baby tomatoes with ceasar dressing then a few dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds.. it was delicious, and indeed, yet another proof that healthy choices don't have to be boring 😉😉

It's always better to "just keep plodding" than sack everything off completley, no matter how far you have or haven't come....
Often, when we slip up, no matter what at - dieting , work , any journey with goals - we get so disheartened and just quit.
Instead of feeling like you've ballsed up completely, take 5 for yourself, sit back, reevaluate , and try to decipher why you've gone off track, and really, if it's helped how you were feeling (especially where eating is concerned) - has food fixed the problem? I'd put money on no! What can you do to avoid turning to that as the answer next time?
With my 1:1 support, struggles and blips like this can be SO more manageable, meaning you're much more likely to stick to plan, and hit your goal!

Dinner! Was a bit of a disaster😂 I really wasn't feeling the chop - so gave it to the dogs and enjoyed the few spuds and pile of veg instead.😂🕺which was totally delish! I love roasted veg !

HONESTY POST WATCH OUT
Feel I've a bit quiet on here this week and that's for a couple of reasons - not only have I got hell of a lot going on at home/personally to deal with but it's also the glorious week of the month that mother nature delivers her gift and I'm constantly yoyoing between wanting to scran a while loaf of white buttery toast or gouge someone's eyes out - neither of which I have done (yet) but equally neither of which are particularly helpful. Or make good diet inspo. SO hopefully MN fecks back off in a couple of days, my head will feel normal again and I can go back to boring you all with my !

Today I've had a cappuccino shake and chilli con carne. And for dinner a bag of BBQ pops with a chopped chicken salad. Don't really get the hype tbh but I won't lie it's bloody filling and a super way of getting your veggies in- this was a HUGE pile of predominately greens to start with; super low in calories but high volume helping to keep me fuller for longer.
I'm hopping on the scales tomorrow morning as we're out for dinner in the eve, then will weigh and share with you all again Monday 🩷
📖Day 9📖
Thought I'd quickly reshare my day 9 story from yesterday.
Yesterday was spent predominately at a desk on a course in Kingswinford (working on a different string to my bow - pest control - if you're near Ludlow and have pests, hmu 🤙)
Piles of biscuits on the table (and I'm an absolute SUCKER for a chocolate digestive!!!)
Lunch was buffet style; a variety of sarnies and wraps, crisps, pastries and cupcakes.
What did I do?
Packed a chicken noodle soup and a flask. Made my soup at lunchtime and enjoyed it whilst chatting all things diet to a few of the other people on the course, and the lady taking it.
Drank my water
Stuck to black coffee
Got in the car at the end of the day and enjoyed a peanut crispy bar.
My point? I didn't flake. I didn't flop about and go ahh f**k it, it's just as easy to eat a pile of sandwiches than make my soup. Wanna know why? Because I have a goal, I have a timescale I'm determined to hit my goal in, and I want to see that happen.
So if you want it. Don't f**k about. Stick to the plan , with no excuses. Flopping about is only letting yourself down.
If you want it, you'll stick to it. You'll see the results and damn they're worth it!!

The results from 5 days solid commitment!! As I've explained in previous posts I wasn't planning on weighing in today but turns out we're out this evening not tomorrow and along with that out for dinner so this is what I'm doing.
Thrilled is an understatement!!
I'll weigh in again on Monday morning as normal🫶
I want to track my progress during this journey to keep not only you guys up to date with my losses but also to prove you can be successful with the occasional social evening out as well. I've a few things coming up over the next month but sure as heck won't let it hinder my long term progress 😎
✌️DAY 5✌️
Just a simple chicken salad for me this eve, griddled the chicken breast and some red peppers for a smoky hint and it's not just delicious but really light on the calories too.
If you misses my stories earlier you'll know I ballsed up the weekend a bit thinking we were out Sunday eve when in fact, it's tomorrow so I'm going to weigh in in the morning to track my progress then will be back on the scales Monday morning too.
However, just because we're out for dinner doesn't mean the rest of the day and weekend will go to s**t! I'll have my products as normal tomorrow, all my water, then enjoy the evening meal off plan. Sunday I'll be straight back on it.

Had an absolute HANKERING for choc mint ice cream and still had my 2nd product to enjoy....
On plan jelly (MAM and water flavouring) and on plan ICE CREAM!! I'm 5 years old at a birthday party in jungle cubs again. 😂🤣🫶😋
Simply blitzed my shake powder with some mix a Mousse, splash of water, stacks of ice. Froze for 10 mins and go 🩷 🍦
