Brampton chase LVT installed in uplands Swansea.

A stunning floor that really ties in well with the character of the pre 1900s house.

First the area was prepped using sp101 6mm ply wood, over 1000 holes were drilled, plugged and screwed.

Then a feather compound was applied to the joints of the ply wood to smooth transitions, and then finally the floor was installed!

The job included…
Remove badly installed floor.
Correct a badly screeded floor.
Install new SPC herringbone (Ranch oak)
Installation of skirting boards.

Customer kindly sent the photos in as the job was completed a while back.

The kitchen has been totally transformed, and how stunning is it 😍

14/3 oiled and lacquered herringbone installed.

The job included uplifting the old parquet flooring, levelling off the sub floor and then installing the new parquet.
