Hi everyone. I'm in the process of trying to have a one day beauty Bootcamp brought to Bideford in Devon.

I went to one of these new style events in Stoke on Trent a month or so ago. They are aimed initially at Sales Leaders but a lot of it would also be useful to representatives looking to increase their sales or are wondering what sales leadership is about.

As well as the day there are a series of 3 webinars to support us before and after the day. It costs £40 but includes refreshments and lunch.

The date we are looking for at the moment is 31st May which I know is half term so not best for everyone - it's not yet confirmed by Avon. We need to have 30 participants to make it run. There are other events running in Plymouth and Bodmin so we hope that between the venues and dates there will be something to suit everyone.

So it's been an exciting, whirlwind couple of days at Conference, i've just arrived home so apologies for the delay in posting this news!

Area 408 were contenders to win "Circle Of Excellence"award for 2018. However, I didn't share with you before I left as the margins for winning were slight.

As you may have see from posts from the proud Destiny team we only went and smashed it! 31 places were available, only 4 areas in the country qualified - and we came 4th - IN THE WHOLE COUNTRY!!! Together we SMASHED it!!

I am so very proud, and can't thank each and everyone of you enough for all of your hard work and support.

We've put North Devon on Avon's wall of fame :-)

Well done - congratulations, keep up the outstanding work and let's show them we're not to be reckoned with :-) # # #
