It’s with pain and sadness that I am writing this post on behalf of Dave.

Our beautiful, brave, Hero Finn passed away peacefully in his sleep last night.

He was so loved by everyone and will be missed incredibly.

Dave will in time be back on social media but we hope that you can all respect our privacy over the next few days while we grieve.

Thank you for your service Finn, now go and Rest in peace our sweet boy, until we meet again 🐾

Current legislation states that victims, or their families have 28 days to appeal a sentence they believe to be unduly lenient (too short for the crime) we are arguing that 28 days is not long enough and this 28 day time limit should be removed or adjusted only in cases of murder. This would give the family members of murder victims time to grieve and to get their head around everything they heard in the trial, to get advice, to research other cases WHEN THEY ARE MENTALLY READY!
I can tell you for certain that once you have that guilty verdict and a sentence has been passed the LAST thing on your mind is ok let’s appeal and do this again. You want to try to move forward, to try to live your life without having every second haunted by the details you’ve heard in the trial. The last thing you want is to go over it all again.
Having a 28 day limit for offenders is perfectly reasonable - it’s their own actions they have to live with! They aren’t grieving! they aren’t a victim! They don’t have trauma to “get over” they performed the act if that’s affected them then tough s**t!!
The 28 day time limit is insulting to families and also to the memory of the victim!
28 days - not even a month
What a p**s poor justice system.
And THAT is what we are aiming to change with our petition.

government what part of BSL do you not understand. It does Not Work,it Never has you've just caused mass hysteria about certain breeds of dogs when in actual fact the bullies are some of the best behaved of them all. Why are You not Targeting the People who are breeding and abusing these beautiful dogs..why? Too much like hard work I guess...No breed of dog needs to be banned people need to understand certain breeds need certain needs and to understand their needs.. this law is ridiculous it punishes innocent Dogs in the worst way possible,removing them from their homes and all they've ever known,for months years, treating them inhumanely ,when they have done nothing wrong, merely they way they look or those ridiculous measurements, which most breeds would come into in some way,so it really is on looks.... these beautiful dogs are subject to poor treatment when in police appointed kennels and if they are returned home are never the same again...how dare you treat our companion pets this way for a Law that just Does Not Work...
Now let me get on to your Metropolitan Police Service hunted down and slaughtered in broad daylight two beautiful well behaved dogs that, posed No Threat, shot them numerous times laughed patted each other on the back😡😡😡 the only danger on that day were those rogue hiding behind their guns and badges,they were completely dangerously out of control...your police service hides so many criminals ,you will never gain peoples trust again...

"You'd better see the boss" he said

Leaving me confronted by
An old guy with a beard.

This guy produced a glass of wine
And gave me a strange nod
"I am known by many names
But you can call me God.
Now, we have up here a vacancy
Impossible to fill
But someone very close to you
Told me you'd fit the bill".
I stared at him with open gob
Then guzzled down the bevy
"I'll help you if I can" I said
"As long as it's not heavy!"

"There is a door beside the gate
Through which all creatures pass"
And staring back I saw a sight
Which made me drop my glass
T'was Murphy standing, arms outstretched
My mind was all afluster
For standing right beside my love
Was Bullseye, Olg and Buster.
"You're needed here to help these pets"
My Murphy did advise
And seeing my loved ones once again
Brought tears to my eyes.

"Ahem, may I continue please?"
This man named God then spoke
"These animals need someone kind
And we think you're the bloke
To wait beside this special door
Let those approach come through it
And help each one dispell their fear".
"That's it!" said I "Let's do it!!"

So here I am with Murph and dogs
Putting creatures at their ease
A job which gives me so much joy
And really is a breeze.
We spoil them when they come to us
With treats from out the fridge
Then when we know they're ready
We help them cross the Bridge.
So stop the sadness that you hold.
Don't let those teardrops fall.
For I'm here in my element
With heavenly love
