Job Description

This is a full-time role for a Chef De Partie located in Fulback near Grantham. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing fresh local produce and cooking dishes in accordance with the restaurant's menu and following food health and safety procedures. The Chef De Partie will also be responsible for supervising junior kitchen staff and ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly.
Qualifications
• Experience working in a similar role in a busy kitchen
• Knowledge and proficiency in a variety of cooking techniques, including preparation of meats, fish, vegetables and pastry
• Familiarity with food health and safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• An ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
• Flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• NVQ level 2 or equivalent experience in cooking and kitchen operations is desirable
