We’ll finish the night with a few drinks and clubbing to send the year off right 🍾🪩

Hey guys,

British Universities Skydiving (BUS) is organising a skydiving 'Freshers' event for the weekend of 13th and 14th of November. It will be at Hilbaldstow (4 to 5 hr drive) and there will be tons of other universities and skydivers, looking to skydive and party. It is open to anyone in the club of course.

Unfortunately this year due to a lack of committee members, it is very likely that we will not be able to take you there, however, we would still like to know how many of you would be interested in going if it does go ahead. If you are, please fill in the form below:

Your SUSU membership will act as a deposit for the groundschool, so make sure you have bought it. We will then contact you to tell you what date your groundschool has been booked for.

Hi everyone! Welcome to UoS Skydive Club!

I hope you had an awesome summer, we're back this year to get you all skydiving again, and for those who have never done it, to prove to you that this is the best sports club you'll ever join!

This coming Thursday 30th of September, we will be participating in the Freshers Bunfight along with all the societies. We will be in the Jubilee Sports Hall all day, so make sure you come say hi and have a chat, it would be super nice to see new faces. You can book your slot for the Fair at the link below:

Next week, we will hold some Information Talks, where we will explain everything in detail to new members joining this year, whether you are an experienced skydiver or completely new to the sport. There will be 2 of them, one in-person and one online (let us know if you can't make either of the dates below, we can hold an extra one):

We might go to the pub after this meeting for a chill drink, with everyone that wants to join!

We're in the process of organising groundschools for new students at the moment, as soon as it is ready, forms will be sent out via Facebook and email so that you can sign up.

The free 'Interested membership' will subscribe you to our mailing list for future updates, but you will need the full £50 membership to get the whole club benefits.
