As a stress specialist, one of the first thing I check on is the amount and quality of sleep that people have. I know first-hand, the power your tailored essential oils have on people's sleep and wellbeing The Family Naturopath

Sleeeeep. Sometimes it escapes us. And recently quite a few people have said to me how they aren’t sleeping that well at the moment. So I thought I’d give essential oils a little shout out alongside reflexology. I make up a very lovely (all organic if possible) sleep blend for people. I can also do a safe baby/child/pregnant/breastfeeding blend too so you don’t miss out if you are little or keeping a small person safe in your body or whilst feeding them.

Life reflexology, essential oils, when used appropriately are magic! On a safety note. Please don’t drink them or put them in food etc. I know there’s a company that says it’s fine to do that. It isn’t. But putting them on the skin or smelling them is a great way to help your body.
