½ teaspoon garlic granules ½ teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon mixed herbs ½ teaspoon turmeric Rice cakes, crumbled Cauliflower, florets Mayonnaise 3 teaspoons olive oil ½ avocado Cream cheese ½ lemon, juiced Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste Cucumber, strips Red pepper, strips Fennel bulb, strips Cherry tomatoes Instructions: 1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4. 2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. 3. Combine the garlic, paprika, mixed herbs and turmeric to make a seasoning mix. 4. Season crumbled rice cakes with seasoning mix. 5. Place cauliflower florets in a bowl, toss with mayonnaise, and combine with seasoned crumbled rice cakes. 6. Put this mix on the baking tray, add a drizzle of olive oil over each cauliflower floret. 7. Bake in pre-heated oven for 30 minutes turning halfway. 8. Add avocado and cream cheese to a blender and blend to desired consistency. 9. Season with lemon, salt and pepper. 10. Place cucumber, peppers, fennel bulb and tomatoes on a plate along with the avocado cream cheese and cauliflower florets. 11.Serve and enjoy! #easyrecipes #healthy #weightlossjourney #food #weightloss

Cauliflower Steaks Ingredients: 2 medium heads of cauliflower Olive oil spray 1 teaspoon Diamond Crystal kosher salt divided ½ teaspoon black pepper divided 1 teaspoon garlic powder divided 1 teaspoon paprika divided 1 teaspoon coriander dividedInstructions:1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick foil or high-heat-resistant parchment paper and spray it with olive oil.2. Wash the cauliflower heads, then remove the outer leaves and trim the very bottom of the core, but keep the core intact. Slice each head into ¾-inch-thick slices. The outer slices will fall apart - you can simply roast them as florets together with the steaks. Plan on getting three steaks out of each cauliflower head.3. Arrange the “steaks” in a single layer on the baking sheet. Scatter the florets around them. Spray their tops with olive oil and sprinkle them with half the seasonings.4. Bake the cauliflower pieces for 15 minutes. Tuna Steak Instructions: 1) Rub 2 teaspoons of the oil into the tuna steak and set aside. 2) To make the relish, mix cucumber, spring onion, tomato, chilli, remaining teaspoon of olive oil, chopped parsley and lime /lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. 3) Heat a griddle pan to a hot temperature, cook the tuna steak for approximately 2 minutes, turn over and cook for another 2 mins. Cook longer if needed - depending on the thickness of the steak. Tuna steak is best served slightly pink. 4) Remove the steak from the heat, standing for 3-5 mins, then spoon over the relish and serve.
