This is an exciting opportunity to join our team.

We are BALI accredited landscaping company based in Wiltshire, with over 20yrs in the industry. We produce a wide variety of garden builds, from organic swimming pools to modern low maintenance town gardens.

We are looking to expand our team with a skilled labourer who has the potential to take the lead role at times, at others work alongside the boss and labourers and keep the pace. Having a happy disposition is a must.

Can you read drawings, operate machinery, pave to an exceptional standard, work with many materials associated with garden builds as well as learn to use new and sustainable products? If so we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

Great timekeeper.
Hard working.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Operate machinery.
use of laser level/ setting out.
Read drawings.
Block work.
Brick work. (preferred)
Fencing and timer work.
Use your own initiative.
Knowledge of soft landscaping (preferable but not essential)
Clean driving licence (preferred)

Here are a couple of our most recent projects. The first pictures are of a natural swimming pool, the water is gin clear, using zero chemicals just working with nature not against it. The plants do the work. It is already teeming with wildlife, can't wait to see this living peice of art evolve and grow. The second project isn't finished yet but I couldn't wait to show you the progress! using porcelain and bespoke water rills this is an epic, low maintenance beautiful space to relax in. Can't wait for the planting more pictures to follow😃

Are you creative? Can you help us build bespoke, innovative residential gardens? We are looking for another hard working knowledgable landscaper to start in January that can work as both part of team as well as a team leader.

We are BALI accredited and build our gardens to a very high standard, so attention to detail as well as having fantastic communication skills is a must.
