Dear All

After a long 10 years or so of running exercise classes in the community centre in Deanshanger, I’ve had to make the tough decision to stop, with immediate effect.

This is due to other work commitments and decreasing numbers.

I have met some fantastic people along the way and made some life long friends.

Bear in mind Susi runs a slightly earlier class on a Monday (ladies only), so please get in touch with her if you want to carry on attending a class on a Monday, she also runs a Thursday class too.

Please stay in touch, I am still continuing with my PT work and I’ll still be out every day walking the dogs!!

Due to Easter Holidays and as it's my son's birthday, there will be no class tonight. Sorry for the short notice, but due to a couple of last minute messages, decided best to cancel. There will be no class next week due to the Bank Holiday. Enjoy your Easter break everyone.

Great effort tonight everyone. We worked all key areas and even got some cardio in. Drink plenty of water and remember to stretch.
Don't forget, there is no class next week, but I will post up some exercises for you to do at home, that way when we meet back up again, you'll be ready 💪🏾.
