The 5 Main benefits of Reflexology listed above. Each treatment at Boisdale Wellness begins with a catch up (over a cuppa if you like) to find out how you are feeling and any aches, pains or concerns. This allows your treatment to be tailored to what you need on the day.
It’s really important to be comfortable before your treatment begins and there are lots of cushions to support your body and always a fluffy blanket.
To talk or not to talk. It’s your appointment and up to you. An Association of Reflexologists Member is always a listening confidential ear. Confidentiality is extremely important and how your data is stored and processed can be assessed in our privacy policy link.
The only way to know how your body responds to reflexology is to try a treatment. Book an appointment online through the website link or message Seonaid. 👣

The head, shoulder, adrenal and lung reflexes tell me a lot. The head reflex out of balance can mean you have a lot on your mind or headaches, the lungs reflex can also be emotions, the adrenals may be out of balance due to anxiety and are encouraged to calm. The shoulder reflex can mean you have the weight of the world on your shoulders or a sore shoulder.
The treatment time is your time on the couch so please always add on another 45 minutes for your visit to Boisdale Wellness - an hours treatment is usually a 1 hour 45 minute visit.
