Humbled that the leaders gave so much in support of my marriage. It underlined the importance of it and helped me to focus on the fact that we had become casual towards things that had for a long time been more important and in focus. I had begun to take my amazing wife for granted, and stopped routinely affirming her, championing her. We came to the weekend without a recognised reason, but soon realised that Father God needed to catch out attention. We needed an MOT, to be fit for the next chapter. Feedback from marriage retreat.
