Well July has just flown by, it's been great seeing photos of all the summer camp hoodies & t shirts we have been crazy making and sending out so far this summer.

We still have two & a bit weeks left of work before we all take a well earned break for our holidays at the end of August.

We are so grateful for you keeping us all so so busy in the past few months with school leaver hoodies, jamboree camps t shirts, workwear for the new staff, dance show tops, and of course all the group clothing too using the websites group shop area!

We love seeing all the items we have made out and about my fav has to be one of the beaver in training t shirts on a little few weeks old baby on their first international camp this week so cute... 🙂 Why not share yours with us below!

**CURRENT TURNAORUNDS UPDATE!!**

As we move into the summer months this is the busiest time of year for many of our customers with Scouting & Guiding Camps, Schools/Uni Leavers Hoodies, businesses summer uniform, team events , Sports Days for Clubs & more so we do get very busy and this has an impact on our turnaround times!

All of our items are made to order this is what helps us keep costs low and offer one offs and no minimum order numbers, although we do keep a small amount of stock of the most popular colours and sizes we use, it would be almost impossible to stock every item in all the colours & sizes as there is thousands of them & brands used by our customers , so we order every other day from our wholesalers, sometimes every day!

We work hard to get orders out as quickly as we can, but as large group orders are coming in it can take a couple of days to work through all the embroidered logos and prints, and personalised names especially when some of the amazing logos are 30 mins each to embroider on the machines!

If you looking for group clothing for July/Aug then do get in contact now, we have lots of returning customers already booked in and we would hate for your group to miss out, We just have a few spaces left in July now for group camp orders.

We are also taking a bit longer to reply to emails/ messgaes, so if askign to head onto the website groups area /asking for quote please do include as much info as possible, Do you want a printed/embroidered logo? Do you have the logo? Colours and styles of t shirts/polos/hoodie, sizes required, young people and adults? This all helps us get a quote or mock ups over to you sooner as they do take time to do and we fit them in between getting orders on the machines, packed and posted out!

If your ordering on the website the same time arounds apply, please don't order a personalised hoodie on Friday and then say you need it for next Tuesday, it's just not possible, if you have an urgent order then do message us before ordering so we can see what we can do! We are so ordering 1st class doesn't mean the item will be posted next day!

We hope this answers a few queries we've had recently but now were off to do some more printing & embroidering!

Wow what a Bank Holiday weekend, sorry we’ve been a little quiet recently , but we headed off with our own Cub Pack & District to the amazing Disney Camp Ohana in Sunny Suffolk! For a fantastic county camp!

It was so great saying hello to many of our current customers (& seeing them in their group hoodies) also meeting and chatting to lots of new customers too! We had so many positive comments about our cub & leader t shirts, and so easy to spot on site being nice and bright!

But now we’re back in the office, with all the machines chatting away happily and more camp blankets and camp clothing heading out along with all the School leaver hoodies too!

As camp season has started we are now seeing the demand for our clothing increase , if you’re looking for camp clothing for this summer get in touch and reserve your slot ahead of the rush ,
We hate to turn groups away but the turnaround times get longer the closer we get to June/July so be prepared!

We are getting booked up already for May/June orders for the summer camps & clothing, so if your thinking about it do pop us a message to reserve your slot so we dont have to turn you away. Turnarounds are 3-4 weeks at present and these can become longer in the summer months with everyones camps .

Now, I wouldn't normally post such private stuff on this page but I feel like this is something i need to shout about and be proud of, and even prouder when i complete it! For those that haven’t heard yet I was convinced to signed up to a Half Marathon by my friend, thanks Sarah last year.

I'm currently training very hard for the London Landmarks Half Marathon, inbetweeen everyones orders, new machines, packing orders, and broken websites.. turns out a run in the pouring rain helped clear my sore head after the last week of technical issues on the website!

I chose the NSPCC as the charity to run and raise money for as having worked with children all my life I have unfortunately over the years seen the devasting impact child abuse has had on the children and how NSPCC have helped them try and put their lives back together, be safe and help others get out before it’s too late.

We need to stop child abused full stop and of course being a Scouting leader working with children every week I am grateful that they have a safe place to come every week and we have the Scout NSPCC Childline posters displayed at our scout hall, so young people & adults know how to report any concerns they may have now or in the future, we can all work together to keep children safe and stop the abuse.

So please do join me in supporting this fantastic cause and if anyone can spare a few pennies, even if it’s £1, every little really will help children who need it most .

Well thats it for this year at Raksha HQ! It has been our busiest year to date since we started back in 2014. Wow its our 10th birthday next year!
So we want to say a big massive thank you to all our lovely customers new and returning we wouldn't have our business without you all!
We love embroidering and printing all your fab designs and requests whether a one off as a birthday gift, or updating your entire staff, teams or groups uniforms.

We are now heading off for a well earned break and will be back in the new year with some fab new designs and products. We will be checking emails ad hoc throughout the break as we work on the new website too so feel free to send in your info for quotes as we will work on them too!

Where has November gone, a huge amount of fleeces and softshells have gone out recently for our local businesses to keep their staff warm in this cold weather we've been having & it certainly feels like Christmas is coming with light switch ons, parties planned and101 Xmas adverts on the TV!
And with that comes our notice of our order books closing in time for Xmas orders.

Monday 27th Nov is the last chance to place an order on our website or pay your invoices. We have already started to see Royal mail delivery take longer to arrive with our customers and our suppliers are already informing us of delays to delivery couriers and our own turnarounds are becoming longer due to influx of Xmas gift ordering as well!

Those groups that use our online Website shop please do let parents/ Leaders know so they won't be dissapointed and place orders in time too!

We are Moving House! 🏡
We will shortly be moving house, so please do bear with us while we move our wolf pack to pastures new in our very first own home!

Our Raksha office is not moving, that will remain at our current business premises.

All emails, messages & orders will be responded to asap in between packing and moving boxes to our lovely new first home! So we may be a little slow to respond while we get moved and settled in next week, but we will still be working as much as we possibly can after all we are use to a office full of boxes!

Well September just flew by, and we are now into Autumn which is one of our favourite times of year and so the perfect time for us to now take a little well earned break.
You all kept us so so busy in the Summer months & into September that we didn't get a chance for our usual holiday, so bear with us while we squirrel away for a few days rest , ready to come back with lots of new products coming soon that we saw at the fab Print & Stitch Show!

We will try and check and respond to urgent emails but internet is limited where we are heading but we will get back to everyone asap!

How is it the middle of September already! This month has gone so fast and it’s great seeing everyone back at their businesses, clubs , teams and youth Groups after the holidays!

It’s as my nephew reminded me it’s also freshers week starting now, and here is just a couple of t-shirts for the fab Newcastle SSAGO!
