My fitness journey has led me to becoming a Personal Trainer & Coach, I went on to become a qualified Crossfit Level 2 Trainer and Crossfit Olympic Lifting trainer as well as setting up and running 2 Crossfit Gyms and starting a Gym Design and Supply Company. I have set up and ran Crossfit Gyms, completed in Body building competitions, Crossfit Competitions as well as played sports all of my life.
