I am so sorry your Creagers have been delayed. It looks like the paper work required to clear customs was incorrectly filled out by Sole Tech, so they are waiting for it to be corrected before it is released. Super annoying for everyone involved! In addition to chasing this everyday, I have ordered another shipment with any sizes Sole Tech still had in stock as an extra order to get orders filled asap.

If the shoes come available elsewhere sooner, or you just don’t want to wait, please feel free to cancel your order. We will refund you straight away. If you hang on, we will send some freebies with your order as an apology.

Regardless of the future date now published on the pre-order, these shoes will go out to you the day they arrive with us.
