How does it work?
The first step is simply just meeting for a no obligation talk. You get to know me and I get to know you and your loved one.
We can discuss your needs and together work out how to move forward.
Step 2 is meeting your loved one. This is where everyone will see if there is a relationship that could blossom. There is no pressure to agree to anything at this point.
How things move forward from this point is different for everyone. We can negotiate hours and a start date or you can discuss in more detail with your family.
If everyone is happy we can sign a simple contract to keep everyone safe and reduce the risk of being left without care.

Having worked in health and social care for over 16 years, I believe everyone should have person centred care. I am fully insured and have a valid enhanced dbs. Over the years I've enjoy working with the elderly, less able, those who experience mental health difficulties and those with learning difficulties helping them to lead a full life and continue to make memories.
