Any budding footballers out there. Our u16s leopards are still on the look out

Our u16s Leopards are looking for at least one player to join the squad for next year. They will likely be in the Russell foster div 5 again.

They’re a great bunch so if anyone is interested please drop us a line.

Our u9s team(current school year 3) for this coming season are on the look out for new players. They play on a Saturday morning and are moving to 7v7 so have a couple of potential spots free for any budding footballers ⚽️⚽️

Thanks to the guys PGS Coaching for your great coaching over the past 2 years for our under 6s.

Don’t worry though Griffins as we will still plan on carrying on our Saturday morning footy sessions next season. Keep an eye out for an email over the coming weeks 🧡🧡⚽️⚽️

Our next season u10s are on the look out for new players. They’re a great bunch with a couple of excellent coaches 🧡⚽️

Huge well done to our U17s players and coaches who won the RFYL League Cup yesterday with a 2-0 win vs Shildon 🧡🧡⚽️⚽️

We’ve come down to the pitches this morning and the level of litter is shocking. We have no issues at all with kids using the fields but we ask you to take the rubbish away. Can we you please share this with your kids so we can keep the fields rubbish free 😡😡👍👍

We are so proud of our u13s girls for winning the county cup last night! It was a massive rollercoaster of a match after coming from 2-0 down and then winning on a penalty shoot out! ⚽️⚽️🧡🧡

Big thanks to former England u21s goalkeeper Ben Alnwick for taking a goalkeeper session for our u6s this evening. The kids loved it 🧡⚽️

What a fantastic game of football this morning we had the privilege to be part of.

Two sets of kids giving everything for there teams. And doing it in the correct manner.

I can’t speak highly enough for how respectful and competitive your boys were both on the pitch and on the side lines. Honestly a breath of fresh air to come away from football wishing your lads all the very best. And I firmly believe that comes from the coaching and set up there are surrounded by with in your club.

The lads, the coach and the parents are a credit to your club.

Also a quick word on the young lad who referees the game, absolutely superb!!!!

Big thanks to all of the teams who came to the club for the Ivor Gray u9s festival on Saturday. It was a cracker of a day and well done to Haltwhistle PSG for winning the trophy and for Stocksfield oranges for winning the plate. Our yellows also got to the final of the trophy so we were really proud of the boys and coaches for all their effort 🧡⚽️

A special mention to our young referees Adam and Joey who were fantastic throughout

Tomorrow we host the u9s from the Tynedale Mini Soccer league for this years Ivor Gray festival.

Our current under 10s are moving to 9 a side next season and are a looking for a couple of new players to join the team.

They are mid level side playing on Saturdays, are ran by two excellent qualified coaches and they’re a great bunch of lads ⚽️⚽️

They train on Thursday nights from 6-7 so if you are interested then please drop us a line

Our u9 GKs (Nate and Zac) were fanastic today and finished the top two at a GK tournament 🧤, both made the final and came away with a trophy each🏆🏆

The new griffins hats went down well with our u9 girls today! They have just started playing matches in a mixed league this season and we are all very proud of them and their coaches 🧡🧡⚽️⚽️

Only one inter club friendly on this morning at Stocksfield with the U8s griffins taking on the u9s panthers on the MUGA.

If anyone wants to come and enjoy some footy there are bacon and sausage sandwiches being made in the club as well until around 1130/12 🥓🥓🥓🥓
