I broke down every mental barrier that came my way going up Snowdon 💪🏼 jheeeez! I'm feeling stronger and more centered since the break too - grateful and eternally blessed 🧡

Those feelings of overwhelm are slowly fading and flow state is returning 🙏🏼

No experience, ceremony, medicine, material thing comes close to how gracefully, Mother Nature aligns, restores and guides us back home, to ourSelves, our Hearts, our inner-standing of Source within.

About last night.

When we as Women gather in circles during high vibrational times, some serious MAGIC unfolds and some serious work always presents itself - blessings for the clarity!!

Last night we co-created a safe containership and let all the heaviness of the last cycle go - WITHOUT fear or judgement we put that s**t to sleep 🙌🏼

~ gently, we are making way for the blossoming of the new, just like Nature during Spring time, we to shall grow 🌱 ~

I've been feeling pretty run down these last couple days so I decided to do some Sound Healing for myself.. The video failed and took photos instead though 🤨

I've reflecting on how else I can show up for myself before getting to RUN DOWN, so that I can fully be present in my day to day work 🙏🏼 'Self-care isn't a Luxury, it's our Souls desire to stop to re-up'💛

Will try a video another time for sure, our Gong holds such a beautiful frequency!!✨

Life is so abundant in so many ways. The seasons reveal to us the inevitably of change, the elements remind us of Mother Natures innate power to create and each opportunity of wakefulness, ushers in a new blessing. The blessing of life itself. Of creating. Birthing. Sharing. Being. Loving without fear. Expressing Love.

Oh how abundant this life is!
