👌Struggle to build muscle and have tried and tried on their own but it never works.

👌Act happy but deep down miserable as they know they’re “big” but it’s really too much fat.

👌Emabarrassed to go to the weights section in the gym because of how the “bigger” guys will look at them.

👌Build an amazing physique in time for Summer.

👌Look in the mirror and no longer feel like a skinny or petite man.

👌Have more energy, confidence and productivity in home and at work.

You do not need access to a gym to apply to this programme or equipment (ideally minimal equipment is better). THIS IS AN ONLINE COACHING PROGRAMME.

Ideal applicants must be willing to:
👊🏻Workout minimum 3xa week
👊🏻Accept suggestions and work with me as a team.
👊🏻Know that it will take effort and hard
👊🏻Commit to updating your online programme notes(training and nutrition) (when required)
👊🏻Only apply if you know you want to change and you are willing to make the time with what’s going on in your life at the moment.
