Today has been a good day...... that is all 😜

The end of an era..... tonight Reiss had his end of season presentation for the team that has been his home for the past 5 years!

Not only that, it's the team where he was coached by his stepdad Stephen Sanders-Hall.

Its been a big decision for him to move on and push himself with his football, leaving behind friends and family but I have no doubt he's going to do BIG things with his new team.

In addition to that, just before he broke his leg Reiss was offered a place in a JPL team (Junior Premoer League)

So next season he'll be a part of two fantastic teams. We can't wait to see where this new journey will take him.

To Steve, thank you for coaching, supporting and loving Reiss the way you have done, he wouldn't be the person or the player he is without you. You've been fundamental to him and his development. The past 5 years have been crazy for you too. The entire team have been so lucky to have you as a coach. You truly stepped up and gave the boys a team when there wasn't one. They might not know it now but you've made such a difference to all of those boys. You are the most incredible human.

I can’t keep it a secret any longer…… I’m so excited I could literally burst right now!

A few days ago I was presented with an opportunity to represent a FULLY VEGAN, SUSTAINABLE, CLEAN brand with BEAUTIFUL products!

Progress, not perfection

In the run up to going away I knew I wanted to be looking and feeling the best version of myself so I started a month long health kick, adding 2 supplements to my daily routine and wrapping my tummy and thighs once a week.

I really struggle to change my diet too drastically with such a busy lifestyle so that stayed the same.

As a result I lost 10lbs and felt the best I have in a long time. Not only that my skin felt better and my energy levels were much higher.
