COFFEE CAKE ☕️

So the cake wasn’t actually coffee flavoured but the theme definitely was! Decorated in the customers favourite coffee shop 😉 with their favourite treat, a homemade scone.

There was a little surprise hidden in this cake for the customer…2 of the cups were layered with vanilla cake sponge, strawberry preserve and vanilla buttercream. An additional bonus!

Beautiful Mediterranean detail with edible gold leaf, decorated with gorgeous yellow sugar roses and fresh lemons. To further enhance this theme, the cake was lemon and poppyseed.

They are filled with cake sponge or brownie mix encased in indulgent Belgium white chocolate and can be personalised for any occasion. I often include them in my luxury treat boxes but they are prefect just on their own or can be used as part of a desert table at a wedding or any event.
