Day 2 of my DX4 programme and feeling great. Making sure to drink plenty of water even when I'm out and about. These two products have helped me to stick to the plan. I can nibble the sensatiable little tablets that taste like shortbread if I feel hunger pangs coming on, and the tooth gel can be used mid day so I feel my mouth is really fresh-its suprising how it helps to quell the need to eat something!!! Looking forward to another good nights sleep after a little yoga with the help of Utube.

Had a really great day one on my DX4. I've finished the day drinking a warm ginger and lemon drink called lemon blast. I feel relaxed and ready for a good night's sleep after spending this afternoon outside in the park doing Tai Chi and doing a little gardening. It's lovely to meet up with like minded people in my Tai Chi group and have a chat together at the end of the class.

As you know I love using and telling my clients about Aloe Vera and it's amazing properties but I don't always say very much about it's history, so I thought you might like to read this very potted history:

The history of aloe
People have been using aloe vera for its soothing qualities since 220BC. For example, it has been said that Egyptian queens Nefertiti and Cleopatra used it as part of their regular beauty regimes.
It is also documented that Aristotle convinced Alexander the Great to
capture the Island Socotra specifically to gain possession of its precious aloe groves.

And in Chinese culture, aloe has been used as far back as the times of Marco Polo’s Expeditions and the plant has played a role in the everyday life of China for centuries.
