Practising yoga is about slowing down.
There is no goal about achieving the best pose in class. No goal to be the most flexible, or the strongest.
It's about being present in your body and enjoying the slow journey. πŸ™‚

The curiosity and joy is in the feeling and sensing of the engaging and releasing muscles, the heaviness and lightness of different parts of the body, the fluidity and the rigidness of the spine, the flow and the pause, the breath IN and the breath OUT, the spacious mind and the list continues......!

You have to be aware of so many things in this journey.
If you rush to the end, you may fall, hurt your yourself and then wonder why does this happen to me? πŸ€”

You have to do these exercises slowly controlling the muscles throughout.
The slower you do, the more strength you build!

Remember a strong core is a strong spine!

Mini resistance band workout for strong glutes, butt and thigh πŸ™‚

Here are few exercises to really strengthen some of the independent muscles in our bodies using some resistance.
Resistance bands help build the muscle mass which we loose as we age, so let us keep our health intact by adding few workouts like these ones πŸ’ͺ πŸ˜€
