Whatโs it for?
We all know that movement and exercise is one of the best tools to transform both your physical and mental health right?
Yet exercise classes can often be intimidating and nerve-racking and the thought of even entering a gym can be a source of anxiety all of it's own! ๐ฑ
As Certified Mental Health and Exercise Coaches it is our passion to make being active more accessible and welcoming to everyone, helping people to become more confident
in their own skin.
Rather than just using exercise as a tool to help people โlook goodโ, we use exercise to help people โfeel goodโ!
We understand that this may still seem nerve-racking, but helping you to overcome these nerves and transforming your confidence - by seeing that weโre all just real people like you - is the exact reason why this event is ๐ฏ for you ๐ฅฐ
There will be lots of different activities on offer, you can get involved or just watch ๐ and you can ask us for more info to think about later too

We know weโve been gone a while as Holiday Camps, weโre sorry (Covid ๐ฆ stalled us, a lot) and weโve missed you all! ๐ฅฐ
But we havenโt been standing still ๐

Anyways, weโre planning to bring Holiday Camp back next year ๐๐๐ and canโt wait!
We donโt have swimming facilities available to us in Ossett anymore but our days will still be action packed & post session ๐คs guaranteed ๐๐คฃ

We want to thank our wonderful funding partners - Wakefield Council Wakefield Wellbeing St George's Community Centre, Star Bereavement, WFYouth CityConnect - for allowing us to deliver so many different sessions across the district this year
And to all of you amazing children, young people, families & individuals that have supported us by coming along & joining in the fun!

Since Easter we have had the absolute privilege of well over 2000 attendances ๐๐ป

Christmas is a great time to give back to our community. Andy Freeman is undertaking his annual role as Santa at Ossett Town Hall Bringing so much joy and happiness to children and families is something we are proud to support and promote.
