Congratulations to all the winners!! This year's Awards of the SW Civil Engineers finally took place last week after being delayed due to the Queen's death back in September.

For the fifth year in a row, I've now been supporting the SW branch of the ICE (Institution of Civil Engineers) with their awards.

This means creating on-brand materials with great attention to even the smallest of details and supplying the print from the best possible source to meet my client's needs and timescale. (As you can imagine, some things can be prepared well in advance, while others have to be left to last minute – think guest list and menu choices.)

The range of materials I created for the ICE SW includes:
[before the awards]
• Call To Entry multipage digital documents
• Digital application forms

[for the big night]
• PowerPoint presentations (running slides and winner slides)
• Personalised name cards
• Bifolds with the evening programme
• Certificates printed on hand-selected paper
• and, for the first time this year, I also supported them with two versions of seating plans to help the 300+ guests easily find their tables.

Been blessed with a wonderful afternoon as a semi finalist at The West Country Women Awards in the company of many West Country women and those who love to celebrate their achievements.

My awards journey as Best Supporting Act ends here; my journey of supporting others - clients, friends, family, and my community - will definitely continue. If it wasn’t for all of them appreciating my contributions, I wouldn’t have had the courage to enter in the first place. Thank you for giving me the confidence.

While I also got to enjoy exquisite cake, go ahead and enjoy a few pics from Powderham Castle, home of the Earl of Devon who also addressed us today.
