Following a difficult decision, I have decided to stop practicing Relax Kids and Just Relax at this present time. This has been due to the impact of COVID and restrictions of going into schools and nursing homes. I hope to be back practicing both Relax Kids and Just Relax in the future.
On some good news, I am still coaching young people and adults. If you would like support in figuring out what it is you want from life, having difficultly achieving your goals or just struggling with things at the moment please do contact me. I am happy to work virtually or face to face.

You might not be aware, but during my basic training at Sandhurst in October 1998 I sustained a neck injury. Not only did I lose 2 careers and professions that I loved, but also have been left with long term chronic health conditions, including the damage from the original injury, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome type III hypermobility and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. I struggle with chronic pain and fatigue and have to manage my conditions every day. Since I have been involved with Help for Heroes about 2 years ago, it has been like finding a long-lost family I didn’t know I had. The support and friendships have been life changing.
During June 2021 a group of 6 veterans, including myself, are making up a team to cycle the Help for Heroes Ride 200. The aim is to raise money for Help for Heroes, but it is open to everyone, so just sign up on
