"If you wish to attain a complete awakening, start by developing a wise compassionate relationship with your body, befriending and treating with care, seeing it as a sacred and precious gift.
To work on your everyday and ordinary thinking, develop the genuine intention to empower others, be filled with gratitude, be loyal and respectful towards your spiritual teachers.
Not grasping or negatively reacting to your spiritual teacher or any other superficial, external appearances, you need to let go of all real or imagined thoughts and ideas.
Rest and relax in this natural state.
This Being-mind, flowing and authentic is the body of complete awakening. To remain undistracted within this is meditation's essential point.
Now, familiarise yourself with this state, continuously flowing and realise this incredible, boundless and expansive vibrancy.
Countless judgemental and negative thoughts charged with anger, resentment and craving propel you within the stormy seas of suffering.
Instantly challenge, resolve and totally uproot your hollow negativity with the sharp blade of clear, spontaneous and gentle awareness.
When you remove the badly decayed tooth, the source of infection and pain starts to fade.
On a bright screen, images appear and then disappear rapidly and simultaneously.
Likewise, thoughts are nothing but just events on the mind-screen.
Don't regard them as faults or real.
Don't give any red carpet treatment to these phenomena.
Seeing their empty nature,
Relax.
When you recognise reactivity (negative) patterns and kindly let go of clinging and craving appearances, whatever arises magically frees itself within its own ground.
All appearances, sounds, and experiences are mind-led and mind-made.
There are no phenomena anywhere, anytime, inside or outside, free and separate from the mind.
But, the mind is absolutely free,
free from arising and ceasing, free from concepts and fantasies, free from doing and being.
And those who understand the mind's true and absolute nature,
Engage in the sensory world of pleasantness and unpleasantness, likes and dislikes, but do not stray from the nature of Reality.
On a precious island full of jewels and diamonds,
You are lost searching in vain,
for mud and slime.
In the tranquillity of the extraordinary absolute expanse,
There is nothing to accept or reject, not even meditation,
No states pre or post-meditation.
When you actualise this complete, expansive and absolute vibrant state,
It is spontaneously available for you and to all.
Fulfilling the hopes and desires of all beings,
Like a wish-fulfilling jewel.
Meditation practitioners, beginners or advanced, must learn and hold these instructions in their heart-mind.
With the guidance and blessings from an experienced, embodied meditation teacher, a student commits to this path systematically, gradually and unpretentiously."
