What is Strict liability? 🤔

Athletes, strict liability means that you are solely responsible for any banned substance you use, attempt to use, or is found in your system, regardless of how it got there or whether there was any intention to cheat.

In anti-doping, not knowing is not an excuse.

Your body, Your responsibility.

After the fun and festivities of Christmas and the New Year, many of us will be looking to get our eating back on track.

For athletes, it is vital to have a good nutritional plan in place.

A food-first approach focuses on nutrition from a range of whole foods rather than supplements.
