“A lovely place to stay: beautiful, calming decor and so many lovely, thoughtful details (garden flowers in lots of rooms, milk and a bottle of wine in a welcome pack and bits and bob’s of food in the cupboards - so much better than chucking everything out!) The cottage was really comfortable and a very usable space: breakfast on the patio, game nights at the dining room table and several sofas for lounging with books. Amazing shower and bathroom too. Great location: walking distance to pubs, some good walks from the house and near all the major Northumberland sights. We loved it!”
