The Royal Mail strikes are starting to have a huge impact on posting. When I went to the post office on Friday they had to stop accepting small parcels because there is no space to store them as the delivery drivers will not be collecting anything until Tuesday. I am managing to post my items as large letters but I have a huge fear that a lot of items are going to be caught up in massive delays.

I cannot guarantee any items will arrive by certain dates but I can say I am trying and I will continue to post quickly and hope that things get to you

Just a reminder of the Royal Mail strikes last week and this coming week. Please be mindful we haven’t had a collection since Wednesday and it’s causing delays when they get to the depot too, so sadly deliveries are delayed.
I know me being poorly this month hasn’t helped either and I’m so sorry to anyone feeling let down.

I have another huge stack of these going through the embroidery machine this morning, I am concerned about the postage strikes and your orders arriving on time so I am making things as soon as I can!

Please, please, please allow extra time for everything this year because there is going to be so much disruption and it’s the one part of your order that I can’t control!

Can tell it’s the festive season when my desk starts to look like this daily again!

I spend a lot of time in doctors or hospital waiting rooms, I’ve learned to go prepared with my ideas note book because I get most of my best ideas whilst I’m sat around waiting 🤣

9 months ago I had a complete reconstruction of my ear which is incredible the work they can do because my cholesteatoma had returned again. Making this the fourth operation on my poor ear, but a bit of good news it’s working well, my hearing is good and I get a years break before I have to go back for a checkup! It’s nice to celebrate the good news with you when you all support me 🥳 so thank you and woohoo! (but not too loud because I can actually hear you now 😂)

With wedding season being back in full swing I thought I would share probably the last lucky horseshoe I made!

I make each of these completely bespoke because I match them to the wedding invites, it means then that the couple get a keepsake that captures their special day 🤍

I’m not going to go into the details but I lost my crafty mojo, I’ve still been working through orders behind the scenes but I feel like I’m gradually getting it back.

I’m so grateful for those incredibly organised people who are getting ready for December because I love making these.

Now I have some time on my hands being on summer break from school I’m ready to get back to it and make some new products I’ve had floating around in my imagination.

I amaze myself sometimes when I can build a pattern from scratch and it works first time!

Who’s having a cheeky elf to play this year?

I’ve been having a play making some little fimo charms, first up are these little Christmas rainbows 😍.

I’ve also learnt how to use some silver flake with it so you can spy a bit of sparkle ✨

I’ve added these little decorations to my Etsy to stock it up over there. I only have 5 in this colour way available
