That time of year again - really fab work by my Dundee and Angus College students using waxed cotton from Halley Stevensons - it’s been a huge challenge but what fantastic results!
Opening my workshop doors this Saturday 10-5. Little stocking fillers to new luxury patch scarves with a sample sale and a few lovely clothes, accessories and gifts - all handmade in my little workshop in Moulin, Pitlochry. Pop by and say hello 🌟

Had a great evening class last night in the Art Room of Pitlochry High School in association with Pitlochry and District Adult Education Association - we got neglected overlockers running smooth (having sat in boxes for months), adjusted the tension on the bobbin of a lockstitch, learnt how to tab ends of zips and make some triangle purses, did a bit of pattern manipulation for notch neck dress, funnel neck fleece and some great plans afoot for PJ bottoms next week - all from reused fabric. Oh, and we made some pin cushions too as a wee warm-up!
