Update from my last competition, I finished 6th position in Olympia amateur in portugal, defenitly I’m desapointed because I’m belive that i deserve more from that, my muscles condition and muscle size looking much better from another competitors in top 5. I saw that judges looked for vacum pose, I’m still need to working about that, and I still need to work more over my muscle presentation - posing on the stage, but insteed of that my muscles conditions looking very good, and I’m realy not happy and not agree with this results.
Next time when I going to compete, I will looking so f_cking good that I will not give them chance to take the wrong decision. 💪🏼😉💯

Checking the body form, fasting cheking in the morning - 3 days before the Pro Qualification, 102kg for the moment lean muscle, soon we take the water out and reload the muscle with carbs, hopefully will be my best form, my best muscle condition to the moment.

We have to start somewhere, everything will come if you work consistently for it.
*my client Anelia keep my diet and training plan and here’s the results, for 3 months: -12 kg body weight and - 14cm on the waist size, we keep going, work in progress, soon will update the results.

For the past 2 months we achieve good results with Stefan, he keeping my training and nutrition plan and results are here, - 15kg body weight and reduce the body fat, we keep going, the work it’s in progress.
