Linocut print a few weeks ago, when my whole arm and shoulder ached sorely from my pushing to get it finished and printed in an afternoon. If only I had that kind of drive for workouts or running.

Lots of yummy autumnal vegetables in local stores at the moment. Lots of summer veg still in season too. A favourite childhood memory is the local parish church adorned with beautiful boughs of fruit, veg, corn and barley for the harvest festival. A reminder to be thankful for the food provided for us by hardworking farmers and reconnect to the earth it all grows from. It is good to slow down and feel the seasons.

The Seasonal Autumn Vegetables print is here! I love the golds and reds of this season, but this year I love more the purples and warm greens. It was a lot of fun drawing these veggies.
