OUR PIZZA IS MADE FROM SLOW-RISING SOURDOUGH (MINIMUM 20 HOURS) AND IS BAKED IN A WOOD BURNING 'TUFAE' BRICK OVEN MADE ON SITE BY SPECIALISED ARTISANS FROM NAPLES. THE SLOW LEVITATION AND BLAST-COOKING PROCESS LOCK IN THE FLOUR'S NATURAL AROMA AND MOISTURE GIVING A SOFT, EASILY DIGESTIBLE CRUST.

On Sunday, a team of Franco Manca runners will be taking on the Royal Parks Half Marathon 🏃This year we'll be raising money for Make-A-Wish UK, which grants life-changing wishes for thousands of critically ill children across the UK.
Your support has the power to make a wish come true for a critically ill child, allowing families to create lasting memories that they will treasure forever – no matter what the future holds.
Piccirilli (children in Neapolitan) are an important part of Franco Manca as we serve thousands of Piccirillo pizzas throughout the year, so it feels right to give that extra support by running for such a great charity. Our runners are from all areas of the business, from our pizzerias to our Central Support team.

We don’t overcomplicate. We don’t overprice. We don’t stuff crusts. We do sourdough pizza.
Our pizza is made on site, daily, from slow-rising sourdough in an oven which produces a heat of about 500°c (930°F).
The slow-quick process means the flavour, aroma and moisture cannot escape and that we never keep you waiting.
