NFA London North celebrated all things London North at the Sheridan Hotel in West London. Carers and the team came together to celebrate and recognise our amazing community of foster carers' achievements from the past year, and to acknowledge the positive growth of their agency together. What a fun night they all had with their foster families. In the words of their fabulous Registered Manager, Brian….We are “London North”
One of their foster carers left us this lovely feedback from the evening:
"Dear all - Just a brief note to say many thanks for arranging such a fantastic evening last Saturday night. I had the best time ever and was extremely surprised, but very happy to have received an Award and flowers. I even won a prize from the raffle - it was, indeed, my night, which I didn’t think was likely to happen. Thank you all for making my night such an enjoyable and happy one!"
If you have any questions about fostering please send us a private message!
Fostering Solutions North West has been actively promoting positive well-being among their carers this month through various engaging activities.
In Greater Manchester, a social worker organised a flower-arranging workshop. One of the carers said “Really enjoyed it thank you and learnt something, never done it before”
Meanwhile, in Cumbria, carers participated in an exhilarating quad biking session. The carers shared their enthusiasm, noting that they had an amazing time and appreciated the chance to let off some steam, even if it meant getting a bit muddy!
These activities highlight Fostering Solutions North West's commitment to supporting the well-being of their carers through enjoyable and enriching experiences.
