Brian was eager to create something special and symbolic for his wife, Meritxell, on the eve of their first born’s due date in November #2020.
Brian wanted a ring that spoke for their joint passion for the ocean, embodying a symmetrical design. With his birthday in September, a Sapphire birthstone was chosen whilst carefully selecting fair trade diamonds to match their numerology, with that including the baby’s expected due date.
For their truly personal ring, an 18ct Brilliant Yellow gold band was set with a .75 ct sourced Sapphire, and 2mm flush set Diamonds at either end of ring shank meeting the oval cut bezel setting. Finally, six total flush set diamonds discreetly housed in the gold encirlcing band reflecting symbolic dates in their life together.

Tiffany has spent the last ten years collaborating in accessories design at Lagerfeld’s Chanel, Maison Michel, Opening Ceremony’s Kenzo, Loewe and Atelier Swarovski, among others, while Sion has worked on branding, design, and advertising concepts for clients such as Miu Miu, Diesel, Stella Artois, Nike, and BMW.
