Negroni Week 2024 is back again so join us for the opening night on Tuesday 17th September in Hove from 7pm, hosted by our founder and certified Negroni addict, David Toscano.

With support from Liana Collection and Regal Rogue vermouth, indulge in three of our special Negroni cocktails:

*Santoni Sbagliato - Amaro Santoni, Regal Rogue Wild Rose vermouth, Prosecco

*Cin Cin Negroni - Campari, Regal Rogue Wild Rose vermouth, Malfy gin, rhubarb bitters

*Americano - Vault Aperitivo bitter, Regal Rogue Wild Rose vermouth, pink grapefruit soda

This is Franz Haas ‘Lepus’ Pinot Bianco from Alto Adige. Grown at altitude in the far north of Italy near Switzerland. It has an elegant and rich roundness, perfect on cooler summer evenings.

For national white wine day, we’re shining a spotlight on A Mano Bianco, a full-bodied, complex white with vibrant acidity from the Puglia region.

This aromatic number has notes of apricot, passion fruit, lime and orange blossom.

Pinot Bianco and Gavi work well with our young, creamy gorgonzola. When Gorgonzola piccante is on the menu, we suggest reds such as Chianti, Barolo or Barbaresco which all have a depth of flavour that complements the cheese’s spiciness.

Chianti also lends itself Pecorino Romano’s salty, nutty flavour - as does Prosecco! Making it a perfect cheese and wine to enjoy as aperitivi.

Thinking of our trio of cheeses for dessert? Vin Santo pairs wonderfully with strong, salty cheeses like gorgonzola and brings out the sweetness in Taleggio.
