I went in for a postural assessment that was recommended on the day to help with my back pain. It involves a look at everything posture wise and then a treatment after wards to help realign everything into where it should be. I’d really recommend going here. I’ve tried chiropractors etc in the past. My first appointment was an alignment snd massage. I honestly couldn’t believe how much my alignment was out. After treatment I felt so much better and pain was gone. Although not in pain I decided to go for a back massage about 4 weeks later. So glad I did. I just felt it was comforting to know my alignment was still good and who doesn’t like a pampering massage.
Don’t waste your money elsewhere.

I was at Pui San on Wednesday. when I arrived I had a thumping sore head and my neck was really sore ( I have cervical spondylitis) I had felt ill all day. After my treatment I left feeling like a new woman. Headache was gone as was neck pain. she is just wonderful. x

I had booked in for a posture check and hot stones massage today. Reading the reviews, I was expecting a great massage, and what I actually got was both a great massage and a radical overhaul of my awful posture.

During my posture check, it was noticed my pelvis was super tilted, my head and shoulders weren’t aligned as they should be (amongst other things!) and the first part of the appointment was spent fixing this. It’s amazing how quickly improvements were made, and actually the back and hip niggles that prompted me to book for my massage were basically sorted!

The massage itself was fantastic, the perfect amount of firmness and the stones worked brilliantly, it was like being massaged by a warm bath!

I left feeling so much straighter, no aches/pains, less stiff and just more human, better than I’ve felt in a good while!

I’d highly recommend Pui San to anyone and I’ll definitely be back! 😊

Can’t rate you highly enough. After assessment, realignment then hot stone massage, I got out of bed the next morning easier than I have in years with no back pain. Back neck pain had gone also. Still have to work on side but hopefully the next session will sort that. I’ve spent a fortune over the years on private physio and chiropractors and I can honestly say Pui San is the best I have ever seen. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I had a posture assessment yesterday and I honestly cannot recommend Pui San enough. I already have a condition that nobody can fix, but I can tell you this, I have never been able to walk more than 10 mins without stopping until I got a whole posture assessment. Today I walked for 1 hour with my dog. My whole body feels so much younger. I have been feeling really disabled this last couple of years but really feel I have a new lease of life. I will definitely go again. Anybody who is in any pain or discomfort don’t put up with it as maybe this is what you need to make a world of difference.
