Happy pancake day! 30 pancakes gobbled down by the family, and I only messed one of them up 💪 . My top tip is to put a plate over a bowl of boiling water and stack the pancakes with loose foil on top. It means that everyone can eat together and the pancakes stay hot! Are you a brave flipper or a safe spatula turner?

I LOVE when a supplier uses only paper and recycle able packaging for an order 😍. This is a new delivery of home compostable clear sleeves for the activity packs. It looks like plastic, but it behaves quite differently. Some items labelled as ‘biodegradable’ or ‘compostable’ actually still take many years to decompose and a unless it’s home compostable, it requires a special treatment centre to turn in to compost.
