I see so many clients that have tried all the βdietsβ from massively restricting calories, having only powdered/packaged foods, cutting out food groups & taking all sorts of pills/potions looking for that quick fix.
Leaving them feeling lethargic/struggling with bowel movements/hair loss/vitamin deficiencies to name a few.
But there is no quick fix!
If you cannot sustain it for life itβs not worth starting, if you want to see results & more importantly maintain them then a good, healthy, balanced diet is key ππ»

π₯ Crispy Air fryer Potato Skins π₯
Ingredients
Potato peelings
2-3 sprays 1 cal oil
Seasoning of choice
Method
1. Put the potato in a bowl and spray with oil, add the seasoning and mix.
2. Heat the air fryer to 200c airfry & airfry for 7-8 minutes or until crispy. Just keep an eye on them as they can burn fast π«£π

Bacon, lettuce, avocado & tomato
Ingredients
2 slices brown bread
3 bacon medallions
2 lettuce leaves
1/2 avocado
6 cherry tomatoes halved
1tbsp lighter than light mayo
1/4tsp mustard
Method
1. Grill or air fryer the bacon until crispy.
2. Mast the avocado and add in the tomatoes, season & mix together.
3. Mix the mayo & mustard together.
4. Toast the bread, spread the avocado/tomato mix on, add the bacon, lettuce & mustard & eat π

π Add some fat free/greek/dairy free yogurt
π Add your choice of fruit
π₯ Lightly toast some nuts/seeds in a dry frying pan to add to the top

One pot salmon π
Super easy & so yummy.
Just chuck baby potatoes, any veg you want (I used tenderstem, green beans & frozen peas), salmon fillet, 1 veg stock cube, just enough boiling water to cover everything, lots of black pepper. Cover & cook for 25-30 mins or until the potatoes are tender & the salmon is cooked π₯¦π₯
