Hello, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who is following Minka Jewels.
My name is Lucy, and I am the founder and designer of Minka. I started this company nearly 7 years ago while working as a stone trader in Hatton Garden, for one of the top coloured stone suppliers.
It is from there that my love for quality gemstones started, and I take pride in finding the best and most unique gemstones for our designs.
Prior to this, I trained as a gemmologist at the Gem-A and even earlier, I worked in India for an incredible jewellery house, where my passion for all things sparkly began and the creative juices started flowing.

It is truly an honour to work on designs for my clients, and we love teaching you about the stones as we go along. We have recently moved into our first studio space, and we are so excited to have a place where you can come and visit us, and try on our jewels.

Inspired by the elegant shape of a mermaid’s tale, this handcrafted Mermaid ring has been set with a one-of-a-kind, 4.70 carat vivid green Tourmaline and two round white diamonds 💚

Sourcing stones for their quality, colour and perfect proportions 🌈✨
This really is one of our favourite parts of the journey and educating our clients along the way is something we love to do.
These yellow sapphires and deep green tourmalines make quite the colour combination. Every stone we choose is thoroughly inspected by founder Lucy to ensure a perfect colour, impeccible clarity and properly balanced cut 💚
