Sports Massage Practitioner for the Great Britain Paralympic Track and Field Team at Warm Weather Training and Paralympic Games Holding Camps. Sports Massage Practitioner for the Great Britain Paralympic Track and Field Team at World Championship and selected as Sports Massage Practitioner for the British Paralympic Track and Field Team at Paralympic Games. Sports Massage Practitioner for the British Paralympic Association at Paralympic World Cups attached to differing Team disciplines including Track and Field, Cycling and Swimming. Sports Massage Practitioner for the British Tennis Federation at the World Wheelchair Tennis Championships attached to International athletes of all countries Worldwide. Worked within professional teams consisting of Doctors, Physiotherapists, Doctors, Nurses, Carers and Coaches. Worked and lived with Paralympic athletes at Sports Villages, including Visual Impairment, Cerebral Palsy, Wheelchair Racers and Amputees. COACHING EXPERIENCE:

Qualified Senior UK Athletics Performance Coach – 5000m to Marathon Distance

Coached within the UK Athletics World Class Performance Plan attending UK Athletics Squad weekends, Warm Weather Training camps and Holding camps. Coached International athletes at distances ranging from 5000m to Marathon, during which time Male athletes coached achieved 2hours 20mins Marathon, 65mins Half Marathon and Female athletes coached achieved 2hours 50mins Marathon, 78mins Half Marathon. PERSONAL ATHLETICS EXPERIENCE:

Member initially of Bridgend AC and latterly Swansea Harriers.

12 marathons including Potteries, Snowdonia, Paris and 5 No London Marathons. Best official Half Marathon time of 78mins 38secs. Best official 10 miles with time of 58minutes 36seconds.
